Ticket
A purchase made in the online store is binding after the ticket buyer has paid for his purchase. Cancellation of a travel ticket is possible no later than 48 hours before the travel time of the canceled ticket by contacting Eskelinen’s customer service at info@eskelisen.fi. If the travel date is on a weekend or holiday or the following weekday, the cancellation must be requested no later than the previous weekday.

Passenger information and correctness of information
When buying a travel ticket, the passenger’s name information is collected. Based on that, the driver checks the passenger’s right to travel when getting into the car. In addition, in connection with the purchase, the e-mail address of the ticket buyer is collected so that we can send a receipt for the purchase and so that we can contact the ticket buyer if necessary, for example in cases of cancellation. The ticket buyer is responsible for the correctness of the contact information provided for purchases. Eskelinen Lapin Linjat is not responsible for problems in sending a purchase receipt due to incorrect information.

Travel ticket eligibility and travel
The travel ticket is only valid on the day indicated on the ticket and on the flight indicated on the ticket.
You don’t need to print the ticket receipt. The driver checks the right to travel based on the name information.
A member of the discount group and traveling with a discounted ticket is responsible for fulfilling the discount conditions. The card entitling to the discount must be presented when getting into the car. If the passenger who bought the discount ticket does not present a discount card according to the travel conditions when getting into the car, the driver has the right to collect the difference between the discount ticket and the normal price ticket from the passenger.

Eskelisen Lapin Linjat keeps the right  for schedule/price changes. Publisher is not responsible for possibly incorrect or changed schedules and prices. In cases of delays, we are not responsible for possible interrupted connections.

Cancellation terms

  • Cancellation or changes less than 48  hours or less prior to departure will be charged 100%
  • Cancellation requests  by  e-mail to info@eskelisen.fi
  • “No Show” will be charged 100%
  • Service charge  for cancellation is 5 EUR
